If you see a 403 error on any of the Portal pages, this means you are either not on our list of users or you are signed into Google using the wrong email
To ensure your email address is added to the list of authorised users, please submit the request form on our website.
Users are added manually. Once you receive confirmation, log into Google using the same email address (NHS or NIHR email address)
After a successful login, return to the portal for access to the documents
If you are already a work group member, you can instead, connect your work email to google using these instructions (and therefore don't need to complete the request form on our website)
You then can log into Google using your work email, and access all documents
